How to book your Lodge. We are a vacation rental resort. We are not a Hotel. We rent Villas and Lodges which are self contained homes. When booking your stay, please decide on the number of nights you wish to stay. When you book with a deposit payment, you are guaranteed the lodge and we are guaranteed payment for dates booked. We keep a few of the Lodges made up for walk ins but no guarantee you will have somewhere to stay unless you have paid a deposit and booked your reservation. Full payment and deposits. We request a deposit of 50% of the total of your stay, that when paid, will book a reservation for the dates you said that you would like to stay here. Full payment is required one week prior to your arrival date.
Refunds. Full refunds of deposit made may be given up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellation after 4 weeks up to 2 weeks prior to your stay, the money is held as a credit towards your next stay and is not transferable to any other person. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay or are a no show, you will lose your deposit and you will be billed for the full amount as we have little chance of renting the lodge to others. If you leave early for any reason, there are no refunds.
Our obligations to you. When you book a reservation with Villas Pico Bonito and have made payment of the amount requested, our booking of your reservation guarantees you the Lodge for the period booked and will no longer be offered for rental. However, if you expect to arrive late for any reason you must contact us immediately. If you do not contact us within 24 hours after your expected day of arrival you risk losing your reservation entirely.
